AUDIENCE AND TICKET INFORMATION:
Each family will receive six (6) FREE tickets for the performance. Tickets are for reserved seating which means that the aisle number and seat number will be printed on the ticket. After family tickets have been distributed, additional tickets may be purchased for $8.00 per ticket and will be for remaining seats only.
Family tickets will be distributed at KAPA the week of April 30 – May 3 through a last name lottery. Last name letters are drawn from a basket and will not be the same each year. The last name letter refers to the last name of the student. The lottery distribution is printed below and will also be posted in the lobby. Please be sure that you have paid the $20.00 performance fee, due April 1, as well as any past due tuition. You will not be allowed to pick up tickets if you have any outstanding balances or if your Performance Packet Acknowledgement Form has not been received.

Handicap seating is available but arrangements must be made in advance of the week of family ticket distribution (April 23-26). Handicap seating is only for persons who require a wheel chair or special seating needs. Open gym is for all KAPA gymnasts who want to advance their tumbling skills. We welcome all ability levels, from round offs to back handsprings. Maintain your motor skills and coordination gained during previous training and let our experienced staff take you to your full potential!

Summer Dance
at Keller Academy of Performing Arts
June 12 - June 28 & July 10 - July 26
It’s time to start thinking about summer dance classes at Keller Academy of Performing Arts! We will have six week of dance classes this summer and all dancers are encouraged to attend. The summer is the best time to improve your technique for several reasons:
- Summer is the only time during the year that we are not preparing for a show.
- Students are normally more rested and relaxed during the summer and can put forth a greater effort.
- Most classes are smaller in the summer and students get more individual attention.
All competitive dancers and pointe students are encouraged/required to dance during the summer. Also, for any dancer that wants to advance to a higher level or dance en pointe in the future, training must continue throughout the summer. Without class, over a three month summer, muscles will lose the motor skills and coordination gained during previous training, meaning a dancer must virtually start over in the fall.
Tuition information is below. The registration fee for summer classes is $15.00 per student. (The registration fee is a one-time fee; the summer registration fee will be applied to fall registration.)

A qualified dance instructor will decide the level at which your child will dance, not a child or parent.
Advancement is possible at any time, so work hard in every class. Permission from Mrs. Tanya is required before attending a class above your level.
Taking a class that is too hard for you is not only disruptive to the rest of the dancers, but it will lead to bad habits, incorrect form and sloppy technique.
KAPA staff has collectively hundreds of hours experience and they are experts in their fields. Trust us. We have the best interest of all our students at heart and are determined that they succeed.
